Hi there lovely early adopters!
This is our first-ever message to be issued on 24hourlondon's newly built Android messaging system. Crazy huh? There are around 650 of you receiving this and the iOS messaging version is still being built. So thanks for opting in. It really means a lot because you are our early adopters and we'd like to give each and every one of you an enormous kiss – but obviously not in an inappropriate way or one that will make you want to unsubscribe. (Please stay!) And to those of you reading this on the blog: we love you too.
There are two things I'd like to tell you.
(1) There's a new offer on the app. In addition to the four other free drinks where you see the sign of Horatio's Head on the map – at House of Tippler in East Dulwich, the Long Acre in Covent Garden, The Jerusalem Bar and Kitchen in Fitzrovia and Tonteria in Sloane Square – if you head into 512 Bar at 512 Kingsland Road, Dalston, as part of a group of two of more, there will be a free round of Sambucas waiting there for you to kick off your evening. Just show the voucher on 512's venue page to bar staff, allow them to validate the voucher by touching your screen and then they will serve you your Sambucas. Then stick around for the music and some more drinks. The club opens at 9pm every day of the week and closes at 6am Friday and Saturday, and at 2am Sunday to Thursday.
(2) And secondly, we've got stickers! They were a hell of a faff to order and this one is being modelled by my back door in the rain (that's me in reflection). So keep an eye out for venues wearing a 24hourlondon sticker in their windows: it means they're open late. If you're a venue manager and you'd like one – or to talk to us about anything else – drop me a line at firstname.lastname@example.org We'll soon be adding a suite of marketing options for London venues and we'd love to hear from you.
